At Arcade Fitness, our approach to personal training is centered around creating enjoyable and goal-oriented sessions for our clients.

Greetings, I’m Ant, the proud owner of Arcade Fitness and Arcade Fitness.

My journey began as a Personal Trainer at Pure Gym while simultaneously running a sports therapy business. Today, I’m fortunate to have my own dedicated Personal Training space within my sports therapy practice, where I conduct both PT sessions and Sports Rehab sessions.

My mission is to offer engaging and enjoyable one-on-one PT sessions in a private, secure environment while grooving to music you love, all the while working towards your goals. Each session is meticulously tailored to you, taking into account your goals, type of training you like, and any underlying injuries that may impact your training.

Throughout our sessions, I’m dedicated to imparting the right exercise techniques and ensuring that you train safely to prevent future injuries. I believe in straightforward communication and foster an honest and open relationship between client and trainer. I’m very much a straight talker and you can trust that I’ll always speak the truth and won’t sugarcoat things, but my primary role is to motivate you, provide unwavering support, and I will always fight your corner.

Hey there, I’m Kat. By day, I work as a Senior Planning Consultant, but my true passion lies in Personal Training, which I do on the side.

I completely understand the struggle of feeling time-crunched, stressed, and having a frequent rendezvous with the biscuit cupboard. Been there, done that. I’ve battled low self-confidence and faced the health consequences. So, I made a choice to prioritize my well-being and health, and it’s become my mission to guide others on the same transformative journey.

In our sessions, we’re all about making fitness enjoyable, engaging, and a bit challenging – it’s your chance to prove to yourself that you’re capable of so much more.  I can also help with your stress management and impart my wisdom regarding sleep and supplements.

Whether your goal is shedding fat, building muscle and strength, or simply moving with greater ease and feeling better in your skin, I’m here to help you reach those milestones while fostering a genuine passion for the science and artistry of fitness and nutrition.

But my role extends beyond our sessions. I’m here to meet you where you are and craft a lifestyle plan that you can stick with, one that adapts alongside you as your priorities shift and evolve.
