Is there a fee for the consultation?

No, your consultation is entirely complimentary. We firmly believe that you should never be charged for a personal training consultation.

How does the consultation process work?
Before our in-person consultation, we will send you a comprehensive questionnaire to complete. We will review this information before meeting with you and discuss it during the face-to-face consultation. The more we understand our clients, the more tailored and specific our fitness programs can be.
How are goals set and monitored?
We monitor your progress by tracking your weight, measurements, and every workout. Additionally, if you desire, we can also measure your body fat.  We also track every lift so we can see if you are progressing by adding more weight or adding more reps.
I'm uncomfortable training in a gym or with others. How is your setup different?
Our gym is entirely private, and you will only be with your personal trainer. There’s no need to wait for equipment, and you can choose the music you prefer. You’ll have the space all to yourself, free from distractions and judgment. Circle 8 Fitness is a safe and welcoming environment.
What should I wear for my Personal Training session?
We recommend wearing comfortable workout attire, and proper footwear is essential for your safety.
What should I bring with me?
Feel free to bring a water bottle and a towel, although we provide water. You can also bring a protein shake for after the session if you like.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We require a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a charge.
What equipment do you have?
Come and see for yourself! Our studio is well-equipped with a squat rack, cable machines, and even an assault bike.
I have an injury. Can I still have a Personal Training Session?
Absolutely. In addition to our standard personal training sessions, we offer rehabilitation and injury-specific sessions. Whether you’re recovering from surgery or dealing with non-specific pain, we’ll tailor the sessions to address your needs safely and effectively.
Can I train with a friend?
Yes, we offer buddy sessions, which can be more cost-effective for both participants.
Do I have to perform exercises I don't like?
Whether you need alternatives to exercises you dislike depends on the reason. If an exercise causes you pain, we will certainly find a suitable alternative.
Will you help me with my diet?
We offer various nutrition options based on how strictly you want to adhere to a diet plan. We’ll discuss this in detail during your consultation.
What if I am a vegetarian or vegan?
No problem at all. We have worked with numerous vegetarian and vegan clients over the years and can tailor nutrition plans to suit your dietary preferences.
How long will it take to see results?
The timeframe for results varies depending on your dedication and adherence to your diet and exercise plan. You may start feeling stronger and fitter within a few weeks, but visible results, such as dropping a dress size or increasing muscle size, may take longer.
Can I really lose 10kg in a week?
Unfortunately, no. Anyone promising such rapid weight loss likely has ulterior motives and should be approached with caution. Sustainable, healthy weight loss takes time and consistent effort.
